  • Minimum age of 18
  • Education background: All the airlines require you to have at least SPM level and above
  • Good health is essential and if you are successful in the selection process, you will normally be required to undergo a medical examination.
  • Height:
  • 1. Female- min 157cm
  • 2. Male- min 165cm
  • Weight has to be in proportion to your height
  • Eyesight: If you do not have perfect eyesight then contact lenses can be worn with most airlines
  • No tattoos in sight: Generally companies accept tattoos as long as they are not visible when wearing uniform

Module No 2 - Customer Service in Aviation Industry
To provide students with knowledge in: 
  • The importance of effective customer service in the aviation industry 
  • Different customer service models and strategies in the aviation industry 
  • Understand customers’ needs and wants 

Module No 3 - Cabin Crew Responsibilities and Cooperation
To provide students with knowledge and skills in: 
  • Cabin crew roles in normal operation 
  • Organizational structure on board the aircraft 
  • Communication on board the aircraft 
  • Teamwork 

Module No 4 - The Challenge of Aviation Emergency and Abnormal Situations
