  • STPM with Grades BBB / ABC / AAC in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics
  • A-Level with Grades BBB / ABC / AAC in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics
  • South Australian Matriculation ( SAM ) with an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank ( ATAR ) 80 and minimum score of 80% in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics
  • Unified Examination Certificate ( UEC ) with Grade B4 in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Advanced Mathematics (I) and (II)
  • Foundation in Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman ( UTAR ) with CGPA 3.50 and GPA 3.00 for Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics / Physics
  • Foundation from other Institutions of Higher Learning in the relevant field with CGPA 3.50 and GPA 3.00 ( out of 4.00 ) for Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics / Physics
  • Matriculation Certificate, Ministry of Education with CGPA 3.50 and GPA 3.00 ( out of 4.00 ) for Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics / Physics
  • Diploma In Health Sciences from other Institutions of Higher Learning with CGPA 3.50
  • other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government 

AND
  • MUET Band 4 / IELTS Band 6.0 / TOEFL Score of 580
  • for those with SPM/O-level B in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics/Additional Mathematics and another subject
  • Malaysian applicants shall have also attained a credit in SPM Bahasa Malaysia and English Language or its equivalent
