This AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) advanced level course is a mid-level accounting qualification, ideal for anyone who is looking to advance their existing knowledge of accounting. 

This flexible course is delivered in partnership with Mindful Education, and combines online learning with face-to-face lessons in the classroom. 

In this qualification you will master more complex accounting disciplines including financial processes, advanced bookkeeping, final accounts and ethical practices for accountants. 

Dual Certification
Upon completion, students will get TWO qualifications: 
  1. AAT Advanced Certificate in Bookkeeping, and
  2. AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting


Professional Status: Student that have AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting can apply for the professional status ‘AATQB’. 

Career opportunities:
The skills and knowledge you will gain throughout this qualification will qualify you for roles including Finance Officer, Assistant Accountant and Bookkeeper. 

Further Studies: Students may move on to AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting or further their professional degree studies, that is CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW etc.

SPM. If you do not have any basic in accounting or are not fully confident of the double-entry bookkeeping system, you are advised to take up AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping prior to joining the course. This can be waived if you have work experience in accounting

Working adults with knowledge of basic accounts


Exemptions: SPM holders with Pass in Prinsip Perakaunan are eligible for 2 paper exemption, that is Advanced Bookkeeping and Final Accounts Preparation.
