Academic

A Bachelor’s Degree [Level 6, Malaysian Qualifications Framework(MQF)] with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or its equivalent qualifications as accepted by the HEP Senate; or
A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) with CGPA below 2.50 out of 4.00 or its equivalent qualifications can be accepted, subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field.

Master’s by Coursework

A bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate; or
A bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment.
Candidates without a qualification in the related fields* or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the HEP and meet the minimum CGPA based on (i) to (ii).

* A bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields includes a degree in the following areas:

Business Administration
Business Management
Commerce
Human Resource Management
Marketing
Accounting
Finance
International Business
ACCA

Applicants that do not have a bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields will need to undergo and secure a ‘pass’ in one or more of the following prerequisite courses:

Principles of Management
Principles of Accounting and Finance
Principles of Economics

English Language:

International Students are required to achieve a minimum score of 6.0 for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or its equivalent.

Interview

A virtual meeting may be requested so that the faculty can clarify and convey programme expectations.
