SPM/O-Level or equivalent:
- 5Cs including Bahasa Melayu (Malaysian Student Only) and Mathematics
Any of the following science subjects:
- Science OR
- Biology OR
- Chemistry OR
- Physics OR
- Applied Science
AND
- Credit in two (2) other subjects or Credit in three (3) other subjects (International Student)
AND
OR
- Pass SPM
- Possess Assistant Nurse Certificate/Community Nurse Certificate
- Registered with the MNB
- Possess current APC for nurses from MNB
- Three (3) years clinical working experience
UEC or equivalent
3Bs
Mandatory credit in:

- Mathematics/ Adv. Mathematics
- Any of the following science subjects:
- Science OR
- Biology OR
- Chemistry OR
- Physics OR
AND
English Language Requirements
(for international students)*
- IELTS - 5.5
- TOEFL - 515 (PBT) / 215 (CBT) / 80 (iBT)
- Pearson - 42
- MUET - 3
*International students with qualifications from educational systems where English language is the main medium of instruction are exempted from this requirement.
International students who do not fulfill the English Language Requirements may join the Intensive English Programme at Nilai University which builds their skills in the language and prepares them for the TOEFL examination.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
All offers are subject to the students being certified by a medical practitioner as fit to be accepted into the programme within a month from commencement of the nursing programme and not having any of the following medical/physical conditions:
- EPILEPSY
- HEPATITIS B & C
- TUBERCULOSIS (TB)
- HIV & AIDS
- MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS
- PHYSICAL OR IMPAIRED SENSES THAT HINDER DEXTERITY
- COLOUR BLINDNESS
Other qualification which not include in Nursing Standard Programme by Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) need to get approval from LJM and Nilai University Registrar.
