Programme Features

Upon completion of the programme and successfully attended interview session, students are required to follow and prepare the following process and documentation:

  • Seaman license (STCW 95/2010)
  • Candidates are required to undergo training and obtain STCW 95 seaman license in order to work on ship
  • Merlin Assessment (English test)
  • Candidates are required to complete Merlin English online test
  • C1/D Visa
  • Required visa C1/D visa to work on Cruise ship
  • Medical check-up
  • Candidates are required to do full medical check-up from the list of hospitals recommended by the Cruise ship
  • Good conduct certificate
  • Candidates are required to do good conduct certification recommended by the home ministry office
