1.  Open to Malaysian students only.
2. Applicant must be applying for the First Degree programme.
3. Applicant must meet the merit criteria mentioned below.
4. Applicant must come from B40 and M40 group only.
5. Applicant with the community engagement based on ECA records will receive additional points.

How To Apply

1. Interest applicant who fulfils the eligibility shall submit application HERE.
2. Applicant shall furnish below supporting documents to be assessed by Scholarship Committee Members:
   • BE Form (2019) of parents and all working siblings
   • Current EPF Statement of both parents
   • Parents whom cannot provide the BE form shall submit the salary slip, certified by Company
   • Parents whom unemployed shall submit a declaration of unemployed by Commissioner of Oath
   • Copy of Death / Divorced Certificate (if relevant)
