The Building and Property Management deals with management of properties of third parties for a fee or commission. It focuses on investing, buying, selling, renting, servicing, using and valuing properties to achieve optimum returns for the investors.

The Bachelor of Building and Property Management (Honours) is the foundation for a successful career in the building and property management profession. It delivers a set of comprehensive knowledge and skills that are highly relevant and employable.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Building and Property Management (Honours) programme can register as "Graduate Members" with Building Management Association of Malaysia (BMAM) and eventually be upgraded as "Registered Building Manager" upon satisfying the necessary criteria.

Besides, this degree has been fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) has accredited the programme for Valuers.

  • A-Level with 2 Grade D
  • South Australian Matriculation ( SAM ) with an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank ( ATAR ) 70 and Grade B in 2 subjects
  • Canadian Pre-University ( CPU ) with an average 70% in 6 subjects
  • Foundation in Science, University Tunku Abdul Rahman ( UTAR ) 
  • Foundation in Arts ( Management and Accountancy Stream ), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman ( UTAR )
  • Matriculation / Foundation from other Institutions of Higher Learing / Equivalent
  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma from other Institutions of Higher Learning / equivalent
  • other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government 
  • Unified Examination Certificate ( UEC ) with Grade B in 5 subjects including 1 Mathematis subject and English Language

  • A Pass in 1 SPM Mathematics subject / equivalent
