The Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) is a professional degree programme that provides a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying, and offers a pathway towards becoming a Registered Quantity Surveyor.

Foundation Programmes
A pass in SPM/O-level or equivalent with 5 credits, including Mathematics with a pass in Bahasa Melayu and History in SPM

Pre-U (CPU, STPM, UEC, IB or equivalent from other institutions) and Diploma qualifications
A pass in SPM/O-Level or equivalent with 3 credits including Mathematics with a pass in Bahasa Melayu and History in SPM

A Pass in Mathematics at a higher level can be used to replace the prerequisite Credit in Mathematics in SPM/O-Level/or equivalent

Pass with min. CGPA 2.50 (not subject to AA)

Taylor's Foundation in Design (FID)
Pass with min. CGPA 2.50

Other Taylor's Foundation in related field (Demonstrated numerical proficiency in Mathematics, Accounting, Principles of Economics or Statistics) with min CGPA 2.50

Taylor's Diploma
Pass with min. CGPA 2.67

Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)
Min. CGPA 2.00 for 3 subjects

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
Pass with Min. 5Bs including Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics 1 or Advanced Mathematics 2

COMPLEMENTARY STUDIES
The Complementary Studies component provides student the flexibility to study modules in a related or unrelated field from the same or different school to complement the Primary Major. It may be completed in a form of free electives, an extension, minors or a second major that typically requires at least one (1) semester of student learning time.
