In the current world new strains of diseases emerge, causing a negative impact on the wellbeing of our communities, biomedical science will provide us an important way to prevent and treat the wide range of diseases that affect our communities. 

This programme aims to produce graduates who have a good foundation and experience in the field of Biomedical Science allowing them to do scientific work and research in the field of human health and disease. 

In addition to proficiency in medical laboratory procedures and operation techniques, a Biomedical Science graduate can also manage diagnostic, business and industrial laboratories.
